Founded in June 7, 2018  by Romwell Martinez Sabeniano, MBA.HCM and his wife Cecilia Vasconcellos Sabeniano, based in Ontario, California, USA.

The company was incorporated and registered with the California Secretary of State and its’ headquarter is located at Ontario Waterside Center, 3200 E. Guasti Road, Suite 100, Ontario, California, 91761. USA. 

RidEZ is managed and operated by its Board of Directors headed by CEO and President Romwell M. Sabeniano, MBA.HCM, Cecilia Vasconcellos Sabeniano, Vice-President-Treasurer, and Joy Dennis Sabeniano, Secretary. Romwell, Ceo-Regional Director for Sales and Operation has a Masters Degree in Business Administration, Health Care Management. He has 21 years of extensive knowledge and experience in the health care field as case manager for a federally-funded advocacy agency for the developmentally challenged population and as former social services director for several nursing homes in the Counties of San Bernardino, Riverside and Los Angeles where he discovered the urgent  need for this transportation application system.

The company’s mission is to facilitate the provision of safe and reliable  (NEMT) non-emergency transportation services using our “exclusively formulated  proprietary business model” to the local community by offering “on-demand” access to local nemt transportation and companion services through the use of our "on-line" and smart phone downloadable RidEZ NEMT app. The objective is to  provide the services utilising the standards required by federal and state laws to connect local resources, transportation companies and independent drivers/personalized assistance to riders and patients that download and activate the Ridez NEMT App.
